Japanese Carrot Ginger Salad Dressing Recipe - Jeanette's Healthy Living
Carrot Ginger Dressing

1 cup carrots peeled and chopped
1/2  cup onion peeled and chopped (i use more and use sweet vadilla)
2 Tbsp ginger peeled and chopped (i use more)
1 Tbsp sugar (use to taste, i dont think it needs it)
1/4 cup soy or aminos
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup canola or veg oil (optional- i dont use oil)
