chocolate coconut snacks

 Coconuts chocolate yumminess

4 cups coconut (lg bag)

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/3 maple syrup

Cuizenart it all together

Parchment in 8x8 pan and smoosh it in

Freeze for 1/2 hr

1 1/2 chocolate chips

1/3 cup coconut cream

Microwave 15 second intervals

Poor over and chopped almonds and back in freezer for an hour
