Easy Chevre

Easiest Chevre - SO GOOD!


Blend to smooth:

  • 2 cups cashews boiled 10 -15 minutes to soften and rinse

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • ~1/4 cup water (add until proper texture)

  • 1/3 cup melted refined coconut oil

  • 2 tsp herb mix of your choice

  • ¼ cup herb mix of your choice set aside for rolling


Freeze ‘dough’ 30 mins

Make shapes (2 logs or disks) 

The easiest way to do this is to put ‘dough’ in saran wrap and use that wrap to keep ‘dough’ together

Roll in herbs (need about ¼ of a cup of select herbs)

Rewrap in saran wrap to help keep its shape.

Put in fridge to solidify.  Stays great in freezer!

The colder it is, the more solid it is.
