French Fries
Low oil baked French Fries
- 2 medium sized potatoes (russet or sweet potato work great)
- 1 tsp high temp oil (canola for example, not olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp of seasoning of your choice (check out Pulled Pork seasoning below or our Dry Ranch mix!
- mixed with
- 1 tsp cornstarch
cut potatoes into long french fried shapes
toss with oil
toss with seasoning and cornstarch mix
lay out on parchment paper
Bake 425 for 15 minutes then turn and back for approximately 10 more minutes - don't burn!
season with a dash of salt
Pulled pork seasoning:
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (add more or less depending on preferred taste)
- 1 tsp garlic salt (add more or less depending on preferred taste) I did 3/4 tsp garlic and 1/4 tsp salt because I didn't have garlic salt.
- 1 tsp paprika (add more or less depending on preferred taste)
- 1 tsp onion powder (add more or less depending on preferred taste)
