Mushroom Stroganoff
I fried onion and all the mushroom caps sliced in vegan butter until they were fully cooked. then i added a vegan beef bullion, a veggie bullion, coconut cream thats been in my freezer for ages, water, and a pinch of cinnamon. I let that boil then i added some cornstarch to thicken it. i then cooked some black and white rice together and topped it with the mushroom stroganoff type gravy.
