Stuffed Mushrooms
In testing
block cheese with Italian spices (see block cheese page)
diced garlic
a pinch of black pepper
additional Italian herbs if desired
Mash cheese blocks in with garlic and additional herbs
wash and de-stem mushrooms (I like baby portabella's)
Fill mushroom heads with mixture
bake for 8-10 minutes on parchment covered sheet at 350 degrees
