5 Minute Refridgerator Pickles
This Easy Refrigerator Pickles recipe only takes about 5 minutes to prep, and makes perfectly crisp and delicious pickles that you’ll LOVE!
Makes one jar of pickles
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 English hothouse seedless cucumber, sliced into rounds or spears (really any cucumber will work!)
- 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoons black peppercorns and/or mustard seed
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled (optional)
- 3 sprigs fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional!)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the water, vinegar, salt, peppercorns, garlic, and dill into a jar.
- Add the sliced cucumbers to the jar. Then place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
- Refrigerate ideally for at least 2 days before eating, although you can totally dive in before that time. The pickles will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
