Naan Vegan Gluten Free

Gluten Free Flatbread - A Saucy Kitchen
1 cup almond flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 can coconut milk

Mix very well.

Get frying pan crepe hot.  Pour mix onto hot plate and lift to let it get thin.  When it is easy to move around as a whole crepe, flip and cook the other side.  Cool on cooling rack.  will stay in fridge for a week.  Do not eat cold - reheat on skillet.  Best when you eat them right away.
