Vegan Nuggets

 Sedona's vegan nuggets

testing phase


1 head of Cauliflower boiled in water until tender

1 can chickpeas

1 container extra firm tofu pressed and dried

1/3 cup of flour (white, wheat, oat, gluten free or whatever you prefer)

1 clove of garlic

1-2 Tbsp lemon juice optional (or juice from one lemon)

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp parsley


Blend everything in a food processor until you have a dough

add salt and pepper to taste

make nugget shapes by rolling into balls and flattening to 1/2 inch

dust with nutritional yeast

bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes flipping halfway through
