Waffles

  •  1 1/2 cups non dairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

mix this all and let sit for 2-5 minutes to allow flax and chia to do their work

In a separate bowl combine

  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

combine wet with dry ingredients until you get a thick waffle batter consistency.  Add more non dairy milk if necessary or flour if you went too wet.

preheat the waffle iron to med or med high

fry for 4-6 minutes
