Whipped Coconut Cream

You can eat this after whipping like cool whip or you can put in dispenser.  Both work well.  John says it isnt sweet enough with 3 Tbsp but I think it is so adjust to your tastes!

coconut whip cream


refrigerate coconut cream can and dispenser container bottom over night.  freeze bowl and whip.


1 can coconut cream

2-3Tbsp confectioner sugar

1tsp vanilla


whip coconut cream until peaks form (7-10 minutes?)

add vanilla and sugar and whip


put in container- keeps 1-2 wks.
