Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo

1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil, blotted with paper towel
- 2 Tbsp gluten free all purpose flour or arrowroot flour
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup vegan parmesan
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add to pasta dish, rice, veggies, hummus, or use as a dip! Top with fresh basil or basil pesto!
